This combination dramatically enhances the intelligence validation to inform decisions around innovation potential.

As Director of Operations, I worked closely with CEO Jessica Garretson (pictured) to revitalize project workflow and business development strategy. I handled all human resource issues as well as budget forecasting. I was directly involved in all copywriting and editing for the consultancy’s Linkedin profile, press releases, and Cognis Group website. All proposals and slide decks come across my desk for formatting and editing before they reached a client.
